  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays

  • In case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed slightly

We currently ship across India.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on selected products


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances


5. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected pin codes

  • Additional COD charges may apply (if applicable)


7. Delays & Undelivered Orders

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Courier service issues

  • Natural disasters or government restrictions

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue
